Message your base fuel pressure is good also (43.5 with reference hose disconnected)? You might want to check fuel pressure, and make sure it is correct (too high it'll run run rich, too low could be indicative of leaky FPR or FD and will run rich, not likely since yours are new). From what you describe (fluid on all intake valves), it sounds like a systemic problem, and not specific to one cylinder. I don't see a coolant leak (ie. Blown head gasket) distributing across all cylinders like that. It just sounds like too much fuel is being introduced. There is some stuff you can put in your cooling system to detect the presence of combustion byproducts, so you can rule in or out, a head gasket issue (I forgot what it's called).
